Abstract:
Online order system for tobacco germplasm resources sharing was developed with B/S architecture and ASP.NET technology. In this system, the backend databases were constructed with Microsoft SQL Server. Server-side assemblies consisted of user and administrator sub-systems, which were written by C# programming language. The browser-side or Web-UI was implemented by XHTML + JavaScript. The application of online order system could accelerate the sharing of tobacco germplasm resources and reduce the labor cost as well as resources waste. Therefore, this system is a powerful tool for tobacco production and scientific studies.
