Abstract:
This research is about the effects of different nutrient solution treatments on growth and physical characteristics of seedling, and the replacement of chemical fertilizers in organic tobacco production and the efficiency increase of organic fertilizer at seedling stage. Taking the specialty fertilizer for tobacco seedlings as CK, slurry were used as nutrient solution with 50 mg/L nitrogen concentration, 150 mg/L nitrogen concentration and 250 mg/L nitrogen concentration. The results showed that: compared with CK, the tobacco plant of 50 mg/L treatment was small for the deficiency of nutrient. Therefore 50 mg/L treatment wouldn’t be considered in production, but dry weight and fresh weight of root of 150 mg/L were increased significantly, meantime, root length, root surface area, root volume and root activity were increased differently. There weren’t statistically significant difference of photosynthetic pigment contents, photosynthetic characteristics index and physiological property index between 150 mg/L treatmentand CK. Taken together, tobacco seedlings growth of 150 mg/L treatment was better, which might replace the previous specialty fertilizer for organic seedlings.
