湖北省烤烟区试品系比较的灰色关联度分析

A Grey Relational Analysis of New Flue-cured Tobacco Lines in the Provincial Regional Comparison Trial of Hubei Province

摘要: 利用灰色关联度法对湖北省烤烟区试品系比较试验中的9份参试品系和对照品种进行了7个重要性状的综合比较分析,以筛选出优良品系为新品种选育提供科学参考。分析结果表明,等权关联度和加权关联度分析的结果比较一致,参试品系云烟97和A7明显优于对照K326,与实际表现相符,有较好发展潜力,应予以重点关注,宜继续试验。

Abstract: A grey relational analysis of nine new flue-cured tobacco lines for seven important traits was performed in the provincial regional comparison trial of Hubei province. The objective of this study is to provide a scientific reference for breeding new lines with high quality. The results showed that there were identical results between equal weight correlation degree and weighted correlation degree. Among nine new lines, Yunyan97 and A7 significantly performed better than K326 (CK), which was coincided with actual performance. As a consequence, the two new lines demonstrated high production potentials and should be paid more attention in further trials.
