    应用搅拌棒吸附-热脱附-气相色谱/质谱法分析烟草中挥发性与半挥发性物质

    Using SBSE-TDS-GC/MS to Determine Volatile and Semi-volatile Components in Tobacco

    • 摘要: 以固态萃取搅拌棒为样品前处理技术,结合气相色谱/质谱联用法分析了烟草挥发性与半挥发性成分。对影响萃取效果的实验条件进行了考察,并采用正交试验法对影响热解吸的3 个主要试验参数(热解吸温度、解吸时间和进样口冷聚焦温度)进行考察,得到优化的实验条件。结果表明,同一样品经6 次测定所得32 个组分峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)平均值小于10%,证明该方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的重现性,适合批量烟样的快速分析测定。

       

      Abstract: The volatile and semi-volatile components in tobacco were analyzed by using stir bar sorptive extraction coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The test conditions affecting extraction effect was optimized, and three main factors affecting thermal desorption (desorption temperature, desorption time, cold hydrazine temperature) were also investigated by orthogonal test. The average relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak areas of 32 components for 6 determinations was less than 10%. Therefore, this method can meet the requirements for rapid analysis of the batches of tobacco samples.
