    三维地理信息技术在现代烟草农业建设中的应用——以云南保山烟区为例

    Application of 3D GIS Technology in Modern Tobacco Agriculture Construction——A Case Study of Tobacco-growing Area of Baoshan in Yunan

    • 摘要: 应用数据库技术、信息监测与控制技术、多媒体信息发布技术、三维地理信息系统构建与开发技术, 开发出集信息收集、数据管理与分析、信息发布与政策决断的保山市现代烟草农业三维信息管理系统。通过该系统的开发, 实现了对烟区生态条件、经济状况和烟叶质量数据的收集、管理、分析和直观展示, 并能对烟叶生产全过程进行动态监控与管理, 实时了解烟叶生产状况, 及时发布气象预报、防灾减灾预报、病虫害防治预报以及烟叶生产新技术, 且为烟基建设、电子合同与烟叶收购等信息提供展示和高效的培训平台。该系统的开发为现代烟草农业建设提供了全面建设成果的展示平台, 为政策的制订提供决策依据, 现代信息技术的集成应用将成为烟草农业现代化的重要内容。

       

      Abstract: Application of database technology, information monitoring and control technology, multimedia information technology, 3D geographic information system construction and development technology, developed integrated information collection, manage and analyze data, information release and policy decisions 3D information management system of modern agricultural of tobacco in Baoshan. The system realize grasp the ecological conditions, economic status and the quality of tobacco accurately, monitor and manage tobacco all production process dynamically, realize tobacco production status timely, release weather forecast, disaster prevention, pest control forecast and new tobacco production technology timely, provide the base construction of tobacco, electronic contract and tobacco purchasing information display and various training platform. The development of the system provides comprehensive construction achievements exhibition platform for modern tobacco agricultural construction and basis for decision-making of policy formulation, the integrated application of modern information technology will become the important content of tobacco agricultural modernization.
