    接种丛枝菌根真菌对烤烟叶片光合特性的影响

    Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Photosynthetic Characteristics in Leaves of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为调查AM真菌在连作条件下对烤烟生长的影响,采用盆栽试验研究了接种AM真菌对烤烟农艺性状、干物质积累及叶片气体交换参数、叶绿素、叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,接种菌根后移栽烟苗,烤烟生物量显著提高,但不同时期烤烟农艺性状、根冠比因菌种有所差异。与对照相比,接种后烤烟叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素a/b、PSII原初光能转换效率、最大相对电子传递速率和半饱和光强都有所提高,而胞间CO2浓度与气孔限制值变化不明显,总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及叶绿素a、b含量和PS II潜在活性则因菌种存在一定差异,但初始斜率有所降低。表明接种AM真菌能增强烤烟叶片PSII反应中心活性,使烤烟的光合机构更耐强光,更有利于植株进行光合作用,但不同AM真菌促进烤烟生长的作用效果不同。

       

      Abstract: The effects of AM fungi on agronomic attribute, dry matter accumulation, gas exchange parameters, chlorophyll, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flue-cured tobacco were studied by pot experiments in order to investigate the tobacco growth effect of the AM fungi inoculation. The results showed that AM fungi inoculation increased significantly tobacco biomass. The agronomic attributes in various growth stages and root cap ratio effects varied with types of AM fungi. Inoculation of AM fungi resulted in increase of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, chlorophyll a/b value, the maximum quantum yield of PSII, relative maximal electron transport rate and onset of light saturation in leaves, but the intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal limitation value did not change significantly. There were differences between different AM Fungi on the total chlorophyll content, carotenoid content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content and the PS II potential activity in tobacco leaves, but the initial slope was lower than in non-AM plants. The results demonstrated that inoculation of AM fungi might enhance the PSII reaction centers in leaves, which caused photosynthetic organization in leaves were more tolerant to strong light and more conducive to photosynthesis, but the effects of AM fungi promoted the growth of flue-cured tobacco varied.
