光照强度对光敏感型和光不敏感型烟草种子发芽的影响

摘要: 为研究光照强度对光敏感型和光不敏感型烟草种子发芽的影响,选用19个烟草品种种子分别于光照和黑暗条件下发芽,筛选出光照敏感型品种NC297、光照较敏感型品种NC102和光照不敏感型品种MS云烟87、云烟97等。以光照敏感型品种NC297和光照不敏感型品种MS云烟87种子为材料,研究其在不同光照强度下的发芽情况。结果表明,2个类型的种子发芽势、发芽率以及发芽指数均随着光照强度的增强而提高,当光照强度超过3730 lx后,又逐渐降低,发芽时间则呈相反趋势。研究认为光敏感型和光不敏感型烟草种子发芽的最适光照强度均为3730 lx。Abstract: To study the effects of light intensity on germination of light sensitive and insensitive tobacco seed, seeds of 19 cultivars were germinated under light and dark conditions. The results showed that seed germination varied with tobacco cultivars under dark condition. According to the cluster analysis, 19 tobacco cultivars were clustered into three groups: light sensitive cultivar, intermediate light sensitive cultivar and light insensitive cultivar. NC297 and MS Yunyan 87 were used as the light sensitive cultivar and the light insensitive cultivar to study the effects of light intensity on tobacco seed germination. The results showed that the seed germination energy, germination percentage and germination index of the two cultivars increased with the enhancement of light intensity, and reduced gradually when the light intensity was more than 3730 lx. The reverse case was found in germination time. It can be concluded that the best light intensity for light sensitive and insensitive tobacco seed germination is 3730 lx.
