Abstract:
The experiments on rebuilding common barns into bulk barns were conducted. The results showed that horizontal and vertical temperature differences of the rebuilded bulk barns were less than those of the original barns, the air speed in the bulk barns increased, loading tobacco leaves increased by 132%, the rate of saving coal reached over 20%, the cost of flue-curing decreased by 10%, the proportions of high-grade tobacco leaves increased by 7%, and the income of each barn increased 1033 yuan annually. The appearance and inner quality were remarkedly improved, and the economic and social benefits were significantly improved.
