    大面山烤烟烟叶素质和烘烤特性研究

    Study on the Leaf Properties and Curing Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Damianshan

    • 摘要: 研究了5种不同烘烤素质鲜烟叶的物理特性指标、组织结构指标、防御性酶体系,5种初烤烟叶的物理特性指标。结果显示,不同烘烤素质鲜烟叶的物理特性指标间、组织结构指标间和防御性酶指标间均存在显著差异,并有很明显的规律性;初烤烟叶的物理特性指标间也存在显著差异。在不同烘烤素质鲜烟叶间,叶面灰暗烟叶烘烤特性差,初烤烟叶大多是糟片;叶面黄绿相间烟叶,烘烤特性较差,一般初烤烟叶为花片或糟片;相对正常烟叶具有典型成熟特征;卷曲烟叶的组织结构非常疏松,细胞间隙度较大,空腔多,叶肉细胞排列疏松。在不同烘烤素质初烤烟叶间,挂灰样内在质量较次;紧密样内在质量更次;疏松样质量较好;“和爱”烟叶质量一般。

       

      Abstract: Physical properties, tissue properties, and protective enzyme systems of five fresh tobacco leaves, and physical properties of five cured tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that there were distinct differences in physical properties of fresh, flue-cured tobacco leaves, tissues properties, and protective enzyme systems among those five leaves. Among the five different fresh tobacco leaves, the grey and the greenish yellow leaves had poor curing characteristics, normal leaves had typical matural characteristic, organizational structure and cell alignment of odd shaped leaves was very loose, and odd shaped leaves had many cavum. Among five different cured tobacco leaves, the grey and compact leaves had poorer quality, the loose leaves had better quality, the quality of “HE AI” tobacco leaves was normal.
