    降烟碱节杆菌发酵条件研究

    A Preliminary Study on the Bacteria (Arthrobacter sp.) Fermentation Conditions for Nicotine Decomposition

    • 摘要: 在12 种发酵培养基、不同温度、pH 和培养时间条件下, 对细菌生长能力和降烟碱能力进行测定, 初步筛选出适宜4# 菌株生长的为11 号培养基, 在5 号、7 号、9 号培养基中4# 菌株降烟碱能力强; 适宜9# 菌株生长的为8号培养基, 在7 号、9 号、11 号、12 号培养基中9# 菌株的降烟碱能力较强。适宜4# 和9# 的培养条件分别为30℃、pH6.5、48 h 和35℃、pH 6.5、56 h。

       

      Abstract: Effects of twelve fermentation media, temperature, pH and culturing time on nicotine degradationby bacteria strain 4 # and 9#were studied. Results showed that 11# medium was suitable for the growth of strain4#, and 5#, 7# and 9# medium were suitable for nicotine degradation. Suitable medium for growth of strain 9# was8# medium, and the ability to degrade nicotine was higher in medium 7#, 9#, 11# and 12#. Suitable culturing conditions for strain 4 # and 9# were at 30℃, pH 6.5,48h and 35℃, pH 6.5, 56h respectively.
