    硼对烤烟生长及养分吸收的影响

    Effects of boron on growth and nutrient absorption of flue- cured tobacco

    • 摘要: 在溶液培养条件下, 研究了不同BO33- 浓度对烤烟生长和养分吸收的影响。结果表明, 营养液中BO33-浓度为0.50- 2.00 mg /L 的各处理烤烟的株高和干物质的积累量高于其他3 个处理。不同BO33-浓度下烤烟各器官对钾的吸收最多, 氮次之, 磷最少。BO33-浓度为0.50- 2.00 mg /L 的各处理, 烤烟各器官对氮磷钾的吸收量明显高于其他处理。缺硼( BO33-< 0.50 mg /L) 或硼浓度过高( BO33-≥200 mg /L) 时都会抑制烤烟的生长发育、干物质和养分的积累。

       

      Abstract: A solution culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects ofBO33- concentration on the growth and nutrient absorption of tobacco . The results showed that the plant height and dry matter accumulation was higher than that of the other treatments as BO33- concentration was 0.50- 2.00 mg / L. The uptake of K20 was the highest, followed by N, and the lowest was P205 in different tobacco organs under different BO33- concentrations. The uptake of N,P205 and K20 of different tobacco organs was higher than that of the other treatments when BO33- concentration was 0.50- 2.00 mg /L. The growth and the accumulation of dry matter and nutrient of tobacco were restrained with boron absence( BO33- < 0.50 mg /L) or boron surplus( BO33- ≥200 mg /L) .
