优化耕作制度促进云南主产区烟叶生产可持续发展

Adjusting farming system for sustainable development of tobacco production

摘要: 烟叶主产区实现烟叶生产的可持续发展, 实现烟叶生产与环境保护的协调发展, 必须逐步建立以烟为主的耕作制度。烟叶主产区以烟为主耕作制度的建立要纳入大农业生产中通盘考虑, 一切与烟相关的制度的制定都要服从和服务于烤烟生产, 而不是损害烤烟生产。本文通过对传统耕作制度的利弊分析, 明确阐述了烟叶主产区建立以烟为主的耕作制度的可行性, 提出了建立以烟为主的新型耕作制度的建议和措施。

Abstract: The farming system of leaf tobacco should be established for the sustainable development of leaf tobacco production and its coordination with environment protection. All the agriculture regulations are required to be subject to the tobacco production. The proposals and countermeasures are also put forward.
