      遥控式烟叶采收机电动底盘直行控制研究

      Straight-Line Control of Electric Chassis for Remote-Controlled Tobacco Leaf Harvesters

      • 摘要: 针对路面阻力差异导致采收机械底盘两侧驱动电机转速不同步,采收机械无法直线行驶的问题,本研究以烟叶采收机电动底盘为研究对象,开展了直行控制研究。选择双电机对称分布驱动结构作为底盘的动力传动方式,建立了电机的数学模型,并利用MATLAB Simulink对单侧电机在不同控制策略下的系统动态性能进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,采用模糊PID控制策略时,系统动态性能表现优异。在此基础上开展了基于模糊PID控制的双电机交叉耦合式同步控制仿真研究,结果验证了交叉耦合同步控制策略的有效性。进一步对远程遥控控制进行了系统设计。直线行驶性能试验结果表明:采用同步控制策略后,底盘行走偏移率为2.03%,较未采用时(4.32%)降低了2.29百分点;直行跑偏量减小,直行性能得到明显改善;田间垄间行走试验表明底盘行驶轨迹稳定,在田间作业中表现出良好的直线行驶性能,能够满足烟田作业的实际需求。

         

        Abstract: To address the issue where the harvesting machine fails to travel straight due to asynchronous rotational speeds of the drive motors on both sides of the chassis, caused by differences in road resistance, this study focused on the electric chassis of the tobacco leaf harvester and conducted research on its straight-line control. A symmetrically distributed dual-motor drive structure was selected as the power transmission method for the chassis. A mathematical model of the motors was established, and MATLAB Simulink was used to simulate and analyze the system’s dynamic performance under different control strategies for the single-side motor. Simulation results demonstrated that the fuzzy PID control strategy yielded superior system dynamic performance. On this basis, a simulation study on fuzzy PID-based dual-motor cross-coupled synchronization control was conducted, and the results verified the effectiveness of the cross-coupled synchronization control strategy. Subsequently, a system design was developed for remote control. The test results of straight-line driving performance were as follows. With the synchronous control strategy, the chassis travel deviation rate decreased from 4.32% (without the strategy) to 2.03%. The straight-line deviation was reduced, with significantly enhanced straight-line performance. The field inter-row travel test demonstrated that the chassis had a stable travel trajectory and exhibited good straight-line driving performance during field operations, which could meet the practical requirements for tobacco field operations.
