      烟草靶斑病菌中真菌病毒多样性分析

      Mycoviral Diversity of Phytopathogenic Fungus Rhizoctonia solani, the Pathogen of Tobacco Target Spot

      • 摘要: 为深入了解烟草靶斑病菌中真菌病毒多样性,对烟草靶斑病菌进行dsRNA筛选和高通量测序,对获得的候选病毒序列进行同源性搜索、系统进化分析以确定病毒种类与分类地位,并对携带病毒菌株进行生长速度和致病力分析。结果表明,从148个烟草靶斑病菌株中发现14个菌株携带dsRNA,经测序鉴定为28种不同的真菌病毒。归属于5个病毒科:杆状RNA病毒科Barnaviridae、布尼亚病毒科Benyviridae、线粒体病毒科Mitoviridae、裸露病毒科Narnaviridae以及双分体病毒科Partitiviridae。生长速率和致病性比较发现携带病毒菌株之间生长速度无显著差异,但致病力出现分化。不同病毒及其组合对寄主菌株功能的影响还需要进一步研究。

         

        Abstract: To understand the diversity of mycovirus in the pathogen causing tobacco target spot, dsRNA screening and high-throughput sequencing were performed on the pathogen, and homology searches and phylogenetic analyses were conducted on the obtained candidate viral sequences to determine the viral species and taxonomic status, the analyses of growth rate and pathogenicity were carried out on the virus-carrying strains. The results show that among 148 strains of the tobacco target spot, 14 strains were found to carry dsRNA, which were identified as 28 distinct mycoviruses via sequencing. They belonged to five viral families: Barnaviridae, Benyviridae, Mitoviridae, Narnaviridae, and Partitiviridae. Comparison of growth rate and pathogenicity revealed that no significant difference occurred in growth rate among the virus-carrying strains, yet their virulence exhibited differentiation. The effects of different viruses and their combinations on the function of host strains remains to be further explored.
