    山东烟区烤烟化学成分含量变化及聚类分析

    Cluster Analysis on Chemical Component Changes of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Shandong Tobacco Growth Regions

    • 摘要: 采用聚类分析方法,对山东22 个植烟县169 个乡镇3 年共计464 个烤烟初烤烟叶C3F 样品的化学成分进行了分析和评价。结果表明:山东烟区烤烟化学成分的平均值基本都在优质烟的适宜值范围内,说明山东烟区各项化学成分协调,是烤烟的优质产区;用聚类分析方法将山东烟区分为5 类,即中糖中碱中氯区、低糖高碱中氯区、高糖中碱中氯区、高糖低碱中氯区、高糖中碱低氯区,多元方差分析和多重比较表明,各类间差异明显。

       

      Abstract: By cluster analysis, a comparative study was conducted for chemical components of 464 flue-cured tobacco samples with grades of C3F in tobacco growth regions of Shandong Province. The results showed that the average chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples in Shandong were almost in normal range of high quality flue-cured tobacco, which indicated that the flue-cured tobacco in Shandong had appropriate content of chemical components, and had high quality. By systematical clustering method, the tobacco regions of Shandong were divided into five sub-regions of middle sugar-middle alkaloid- middle chlorine areas, lower sugar - high alkaloid - middle chlorine areas, high sugar-middle alkaloid- middle chlorine areas, high sugar-low alkaloid-middle chlorine areas, and high sugar-middle alkaloid-low chlorine areas. By using multivariate analysis of variance and Student-Newman-Keuls multiple-range test, the results showed that the difference among the locations were more significant.
