基于烟草种质资源部分性状的相关、通径及聚类分析
Correlation and Path Coefficient Analysis and Euclidean Distance Clustering For Several Characters in Tobacco Germplazm Resource

摘要: 对24 份烤烟种质资源的株高、节距、有效叶数、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大叶长/最大叶宽、茎围、移栽至现蕾天数、单株产量、上中等烟比例等性状进行了相关分析和通径分析。结果表明,叶数与单株产量显著相关,最大叶长与单株产量达极显著相关;而上中等烟比例则与叶数和单株产量呈极显著相关。单株产量性状对上中等烟比例直接作用最大,通过其它性状所起的作用相对较小。聚类结果表明:24 份烤烟种质资源聚类为2 个组群,TI706、TI245、“重型烟”和“泥潭紫红花”为一个组群,其它20 个为另一个组群。且所有种质资源中,TI706 和TI245 与其它种质的亲缘关系较远,与它们杂交有可能产生较大的杂交优势。种质“广东黄(1)”和“R72(3)B-2-1”亲缘关系在所有种质资源中最近。Abstract: Correlation coeficient analysis and path coeficient analysis for 10 characters of 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were conducted. The number of the availabe leaves,the length of the biggest leaves showed a positive or a strong positive correlation with the yield per plant .And The number of the availabe leaves and the yield per plant showed a strong positive correlation with the ratio of the upper leaves.The results indicated that the yield per plant among these traits played major role in determining ratio of upper leaves while the other traits were less related to the ratio.Unweighted pair group cluster analyses showed that the 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were clustered into two groups. Of the pure lines Line TI706 and TI245 had a far relationship with all other lines, and had a heterosis when crossed with the other lines. Lines baopi and R72(3)B-2-1 were closely related .
