    施氮水平和移栽期对烤烟还原糖及烟碱含量的影响

    Effects of Nitrogen Rates and Transplanting Period on Contents of Reducing Sugar and Nicotine in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 在南雄烟区采用二次饱和D-最优设计方法研究了施氮水平和移栽期对烤烟还原糖及烟碱含量的影响,建立了施氮水平和移栽期对烤烟还原糖及烟碱含量影响的模型,并进行了单因素效应分析和双因素互作效应分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,随着施氮水平的提高,烟叶还原糖含量表现为下降的趋势,烟碱含量表现为上升的趋势;随着移栽期的推迟,烟叶还原糖含量表现为上升的趋势,烟碱含量表现为下降的趋势。因此,在南雄烟区,适当降低施氮水平和推迟移栽期可以提高烤烟还原糖含量和降低烟碱含量。

       

      Abstract: With D-optimum saturation design, a field experiment was conducted to study effect of nitrogen (N) application levels and transplanting periods on contents of reducing sugar and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco leaves. Results showed that the reducing sugar content decreased and the nicotine content increased with the increasing N rate, while the reducing sugar content increased and the nicotine content decreased with later transplanting. So it may be effective to enhance reducing sugar content and decrease nicotine content in tobacco leaves by rationally decreasing N rate and postpone transplanting date in Nanxiong.
