    烟草与曼陀罗属间杂交育种研究

    Research on distant hybridization between tobacco and stramonium

    • 摘要: 利用烟属的普通烟草品种龙烟2号与曼陀罗属的曼陀罗进行属间远缘杂交育种,培育含阿托品及莨菪烷生物碱的新型烟草,满足患哮喘、咳嗽等病症,但又难以戒烟的消费者的需要。采取无性与有性杂交相结合的方法克服杂交不孕。经酶谱及RAPD分子检测,稳定的杂种后代含有双亲的遗传物质;医药成分与单料烟烟气检测结果表明,稳定的杂种后代,都含阿托品、东莨菪碱;镜检结果表明,F1-F18代细胞染色体呈杂合状态;卷烟工业验证其具有较高的利用价值。

       

      Abstract: By means of distant hybridization between Longyan II ?穴 a variety of Nicotiana tabacum?雪 and stramonium?熏 new-type tobacco which contained atropine and scopolamine was expected to be incubated to meet the needs of consumers who were suffering asthma and cough but couldn’t stop smoking. The hybridization method of asexuality combined with sexuality was used to overcome the infertility after hybridization. The isoenzyme identification and RAPD analysis showed that the filial generation contained genetic materials from both parents. The detection of medical ingredients and smoke of mono-tobacco cigarette indicated that the filial generation contained atropine and scopolamine. The result of the microscope detection showed that F1-F18 cell chromosome were heterozygosis. It was proved by the cigarette factory after many experiments that the new-type tobacco had comparably high utility value.
