      烟草废弃物水热液的植物促生作用和病原生物抑制效果

      Plant Growth Promotion Effect and Pathogens Inhibition Effect of Hydrothermal Liquid from Tobacco Waste

      • 摘要: 为实现烟草废弃物资源化循环利用,降低其环境应用风险,通过不同温度水热液化处理烤烟秸秆和烟叶得到水热液体,以玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆的水热液为对照,分析不同废弃物水热液中关键的活性有机质与速效养分;进一步研究烟草水热液对植物发芽以及植物根结线虫二龄幼虫活性、虫卵孵化和对禾谷镰刀菌和植物炭疽病菌生长的影响,探究烟草水热产物在植物线虫和病原真菌防治的可行性。结果表明,烟草水热液具有特异性活性物质[小分子有机酸、环(D-亮氨酸-L-脯氨酸)二肽和环(脯氨酸-亮氨酸)]、高含量的腐殖酸和养分(氮、磷);180 ℃制备烟叶水热液显著提高了野大豆的发芽指数15.24%,呈现出较好的植物促生效果,与之相比,160、180和200 ℃制备的玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆水热液均降低小白菜和野大豆的发芽指数;180 ℃制备的烟秆和烟叶水热液对根结线虫幼虫具有较强的消杀能力,抑制率达98.12%~99.64%,与农药阿维菌素对根结线虫的消杀能力相当。180 ℃制备的烟秆水热液对禾谷镰刀菌和植物炭疽病菌生长抑制作用最明显,抑制率分别为28.24%、30.11%。以上结果为作物病害绿色防控提供了思路。

         

        Abstract: To achieve the resource utilization and recycling of tobacco waste and reduce its environmental application risks, hydrothermal liquefaction was conducted on the tobacco straws and tobacco leaves at different temperatures to obtain hydrothermal liquid. Hydrothermal liquids derived from corn straws and wheat straws were used as controls to comparatively investigate the effects of hydrothermal liquid from different wastes on plant germination and to analyze the key active organic matter and available nutrients in hydrothermal liquids. Further research was conducted to investigate the effects of tobacco hydrothermal liquids on the activity of second-stage juveniles of root-knot nematodes, the hatching of nematode eggs, and the growth of Fusarium graminearum and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, to explore the feasibility of tobacco hydrothermal products in the control of plant nematodes and pathogenic fungi. The results showed that the tobacco hydrothermal liquids contained specific active substances small molecule organic acids, cyclic (D-leucine-L-proline) dipeptides, and cyclic (proline-leucine) and high contents of humic acid and nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus). The hydrothermal liquid of tobacco leaves at 180 ℃ significantly increased the germination index of wild soybeans by 15.24%, presenting a better effect in promoting plant growth. The hydrothermal liquids of tobacco straws and tobacco leaves prepared at 180 ℃ had strong disinfection and control capabilities against root-knot nematodes, with inhibition rate ranging from 98.12% to 99.64%, which was comparable to the disinfection and control ability of the pesticide avermectin against root-knot nematode larvae. The hydrothermal liquids of tobacco straws prepared at 180 ℃ had the most obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of Fusarium graminearum and plant anthracnose fungi, with inhibition rate of 28.24% and 30.11%, respectively. The above results provide solution for the green control of crop diseases.
