    密集式烤房导热耐火材料散热器在烘烤上的应用

    Application of Thermal Conduction Refractory Material in Bulk Curing Barn

    • 摘要: 为了解决密集式烤房钢制炉膛盖板、散热器、烟囱成本高、易腐蚀,使用年限短,维护难等问题,采用导热耐火材料来替代钢板制作炉膛体、盖板及散热器。试验结果表明,具有良好的点火、供热、升温、稳温能力,使用寿命达10年以上,节电率达7.4%、节煤率达5.86%,均价提高0.57元/kg,每套制作成本下降约3 600元。

       

      Abstract: The high costs, erosive, short time usage, and maintainance problems of steel furnace cover, radiator, and chimney of bulk curing barn limited the tobacco production. To solve the problems, we tried to use thermal conduction refractory material to replace the steel material. The application results showed that the facility with refractory material had good ignition capacity, heat-supplying capacity, heating capacity, and temperature controlling capability. The improved barn saved 7.4% of the energy, 5.86% of coal, and could be used for more than 10 years. The average price of the tobacco leaves cured in the improved barns increased 0.57 yuan/kg, but the building cost of the improved barn decreased 3 600 yuan.
