      植物生物碱研究现状及其生物合成技术发展前景

      Current Research Progress and Biosynthetic Prospects of Plant Alkaloids

      • 摘要: 植物生物碱是一类含氮的碱性有机化合物,具有抗癌、抗虫和神经调节等多种生物学活性,有着极大的开发利用价值。然而,高价值生物碱往往天然产量低,化学合成成本高且污染环境,严重制约了生物碱的开发与利用。目前,利用生物调控或生物合成策略生产生物碱的方法日益受到重视。本文对植物生物碱的分类、生物活性与应用价值、开发利用现状进行综述,分析其开发利用中存在的关键问题,以及合成生物学技术在提高植物生物碱合成效率方面的推动作用,并对其规模生产和产业化前景进行了分析展望。

         

        Abstract: Plant alkaloids are a set of nitrogen-containing organic compounds, which exhibit a wide range of biological activities, including anticancer, neuromodulation and antidiabetes, making them highly valuable for drug development. The natural yields of many high-value alkaloids however are very low, and their chemical synthesis is highly cost and environmentally polluting, greatly limiting their development and utilization. Currently, bio-regulatory and biosynthetic strategies for alkaloid production are attracting incresing attention. This paper reviews recent advances in alkaloids classification, biological activities and potential applications, and current status and future directions. This review also analyzes the key challenges in their development and utilization, highlights the promoting role of synthetic biology in enhancing alkaloid biosynthesis efficiency, and provides perspectives on their scaled production and industrial prospects.
